Terms of service
1. What Harbena is
Harbena is a search, comparison and monitoring service for second-hand goods listed on European marketplaces. We index publicly available listings, translate and analyse them, and link you to the original listing on the source marketplace.
2. We are not a party to any transaction
Harbena never acts as seller, buyer, broker or escrow. Every purchase takes place between you and the seller on the source marketplace, under that marketplace's own terms. We accept no responsibility for the conduct of sellers or the condition of items.
3. Prices and availability
All prices shown are asking prices set by sellers. Currency conversions are indicative and calculated at the time of indexing. Listings may sell, expire or change between our scans; the timestamp on each result shows when it was last checked.
4. AI-assisted analysis
Summaries, translations, match scores and extracted attributes are produced with AI assistance. Attributes not stated by the seller are marked as inferred. This analysis is provided to help you evaluate listings and may contain errors — always verify important details with the seller before buying.
Risk signals are indicators based on observable patterns. They are not accusations against any seller and are no substitute for your own judgement.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Harbena to harvest personal data of sellers, to resell our results as a data product, to circumvent marketplace terms, or to disrupt the service. Saved searches and alerts are for your own use, or your team's on a Trade plan.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from purchases, missed listings, translation or analysis errors, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
