1. What we store

If you create an account we store your email address, your saved searches, your alert settings and your feedback on discoveries (relevant, saved, hidden). This is the minimum needed to run alerts and improve your result ranking.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not store seller contact details beyond what is publicly visible on the source listing, and we do not present seller data outside the context of the original listing.

3. Listing data

The listings we index are published publicly by sellers on their chosen marketplaces. We retain source attribution — marketplace, URL, language and timestamps — and remove listings from our index when they disappear at the source.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Deleting your account removes your saved searches and alert history. Contact privacy@harbena.example to exercise any right.

6. Where data lives

Account and search data is processed and stored within the European Union. Where a sub-processor is used, it is bound by EU standard contractual clauses.
